Michelle Martin joins the Cornerstone team with decades of prior experience. Her past roles include Chief Financial Officer for a non-profit affordable housing developer, a Senior Analyst with the Eugene Water and Electric Board, and an Investment Officer with US Bank. She brings in-depth experience in business development, financial analyses, and complex financing and regulatory requirements for new project developments, acquisitions, and rehabilitation projects. Michelle has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Oregon-Charles H. Lundquist College of Business with a concentration in Finance and a Minor in Social Awareness. She enjoys spending time with friends and family, attending youth sports events with her children, and traveling.
