Amanda Wion recently relocated from Sandpoint, Idaho, and has spent the last two years transitioning careers from a chef to social work. Recently she worked as a recourse specialist at local shelters. She is passionate about social issues and the housing crisis and still enjoys spending her free time volunteering. She is a nontraditional college student; she starts at Pacific Northwest College of the Arts this fall, majoring in Fine Arts. In her free time, she enjoys painting, writing, exploring local parks, and spending time with her cat, Olive.
