Cornerstone Community Housing is looking forward to break ground on The Lucy, a new affordable housing community designed to support families and seniors. With 36 thoughtfully designed homes, The Lucy will provide a safe, stable environment where residents can thrive.

Project Overview:
The Lucy will provide 36 affordable housing units in the Santa Clara neighborhood of Eugene. The 1.3-acre site will feature three three-story residential buildings, a community building, and 48 parking spaces. Unit configurations include 6 one-bedroom, 21 two-bedroom, and 9 three-bedroom units. Income and rent limits will range from 50% to 60% of Area Median Income (AMI).

Secured Funding Sources:

  • $587,245 City of Eugene Affordable Housing Trust Funds
  • $197,062 City of Eugene SDC waiver

Future Anticipated Funding Sources:

  •  $12,030,000 OHCS LIFT funding
  • $2.1M permanent loan
