Victoria Guthrie has a strong history of working in non-profit settings, providing educational trainings to the community, and working directly with clients to help maintain safety and security. She has her CPR/First Aid certification, is trained in Crisis Prevention/Intervention, and obtained her Bachelor’s in Human Services from Oregon State University-Cascades. Her personal hobbies and interests include good snacks, writing poetry and petting other people’s dogs.
