Hi, my name is Charity Phillip, and I’m the Youth and Family Services Coordinator for the East Portland Site and Uptown Portland. I have a background in community engagement and family support, including previous roles with 211info as the Regional Coordinator for the Portland Metro area and with IRCO as a Family Engagement Specialist in Washington County. I’m passionate about connecting families to resources and building strong community partnerships. Outside of work, I enjoy cooking, hiking, exploring new places, and spending time with my loved ones.
