Cornerstone and Lift UP: A Winning Team!

Hey everyone! We’re a tad late with this update, but we just couldn’t keep this amazing news to ourselves. In 2024, our incredible friends at Lift UP and Cornerstone teamed up to deliver a whopping 12,100 pounds of food to our neighbors at Uptown Tower. That’s like stacking a bunch of cars with groceries! They filled the pantry with 1,813 pounds of food, serving 371 people, and kicked off a Saturday pop-up that helped an average of 20 residents every weekend.

Fiona from Lift UP gave a big shoutout to Shawna, Cornerstone Residential Services Coordinator, for her amazing leadership and care for the community. She said, “Shawna is super responsive to client needs and truly cares about everyone. It’s been a joy working with her.”
